It's a UPS store, so if I go in there without packaging supplies I know I'll pay though the nose for them, but that's on me. And UPS isn't cheap shipping, but its not insane either. This shop has always been open when I needed them, always been friendly and helpful with my questions, and has always gotten my packages shipped. I've probably used them 5 or 10 times, and sometimes for very large packages. So nothing special, but everything I need and convenient and effective.
Consistently bad customer support and service. You will most likely have issues at this location. I have yet to have a seamless experience here. This last time was a doozy...

- this may seem completely absurd, how could they think $308.42 was correct? I tried to ask questions and reason with the lady helping me, but it was like arguing with the umpire.
