Not my old Frisch's...Dry bun on Big Boy, tasteless..tartar sauce has changed.. Fried onions have different, tasteless batter...tasted like the frozen ones you cook in the oven at home. Slaw was so soupy it should have been served with a spoon. I was at this same Frisch's 5 years ago & was happy then. Also no more Coke..Pepsi is just not the same taste as Coke. Waitress was fine.
Do not come here unless you want to wait hours for your food. That's cold. I'M SO MAD.I WILL NEVER COME BACK.i wouldn't give them 1 star but they made me.
Normally happy with this location. It is nice to not be freaked out if my kids start acting like jerks. Good prices, typically good service. My kids love this place, especially the breakfast bar. With a 7 year old and a 1 yr old, I can normally find stuff they like. And if they don't like it, they don't waste a full meal.
Service today was a little slow but apparently the service staff was short handed which is hardly their fault. However, my wife was brought a dirty spoon for her chili and the replacement was dirty as well. I think some quality control in the dish department would go far for this location.
Food was warm at best. Waitress never came back to table except to lay down bill as she walked by. Guy bussing table next to ours was throwing cups into pan on lower shelf of cart. Unfortunately the liquid was missing pan and going onto my pant leg. Very disappointing visit. Normally pretty decent service.
